Meet our Coaches
Our coaches are seasoned professionals and passionate individuals who care a lot about developing people and helping generate great business results. They have deep and varied experiences in building and running businesses – from start-up, to turn-around, to change management — across different geographies.
In their personal lives and careers, they have gone through transitions which have tested their strength and resilience. These wealth of experiences are brought into each of their coaching engagements, providing rich perspectives.
Anne Bacolod
Anne has been entrepreneur since 2016. Chrysalis Group is her second company as a Co-Founder. Anne’s first foray into entrepreneurship was as a co-founder of COBENA, a data analytics
and management consulting company which was sold to a US company in 2020.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Anne was with Unilever for 17 years, and Friesland Campina
for 5 years, doing a variety of international marketing roles across Asia, Middle East & Africa.
Anne has lived in 4 countries: Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore and is a passionate explorer of the world. She is a voracious reader, with a love for books, theater, learning, and is truly curious about people and various topics.
She brings her passion for insights and growth, her deep and various experiences in building brands, businesses, people, and her curiosity into her coaching. Anne believes that in each person is a well
of strength and resilience that we can all tap into in times of transitions and change.
Marjorie Garrovillo
Marjorie was a ICF PCC-trained coach who has guided senior FMCG leaders towards improved
self-awareness and heightened emotional intelligence and social competence, creating resonant leaders who in turn transform teams and businesses.
Prior to co-founding the Chrysalis Group, Marjorie was a managing director/CEO and board member
in Australia. She has over two decades’ track record of turning around businesses based on the ability to strategize and set ambitions, engage and coach teams into higher performance, and deliver sustainable profitable growth. She has worked in MNCs like Unilever, Coca-Cola, AkzoNobel, FrieslandCampina,
and Danone, and was lived in seven countries in three regions (Asia, Europe, Australia) with
local/regional and global roles in marketing and general management.
Marjorie believes in the power of teamwork with inclusive diversity at its heart. She creates psychological safe spaces to further unlock entrepreneurial and innovative thinking in teams. As a coach, Marjorie holds this space for clients to explore their inner selves and discover new possibilities, making impact on their
personal and professional lives.
Marjorie is a single mother of three young adults, and is based in both Madrid and Manila.
